We use the HSE's Indicator Tool in our workplace stress risk assessment

Workplace stress auditing and stress risk assessment is something we must all think about.  The HSE Management Standards are no longer words on paper.  The HSE inspectorate have been trained (we know because we helped train them) and will be assessing your approach towards the monitoring and management of work related stress.

We use high quality metrics to measure your current position and we help you to construct a corporate action plan for dealing with problematic pressure points.

This is a brief summary of what we do:

  • Audit your current position to highlight the greenspots where pressure is being well managed, and the redspots where pressure is edging towards the stress zone.  We can audit online or using paper and pencil methods.
  • Provide intervention recommendations that will help to improve the resilient performance of your organisation and of your staff and establish a continuous improvement strategy

All of our stress audit work is designed so that you conform to Health and Safety Executive Management Standards guidelines (click here to read more...).
