Account Managers

Molnlycke have contracted to design and de liver a Development Centre for aspiring account managers within its sales force.  In keeping with its ongoing talent development strategy the business will use the Centre to identify high potential account managers from within its existing sales force.  This succession planning within its existing talent pool is part of the commitment that Molnlycke has to growing a high proportion of its high potential talent from within its own ranks.

Competency Performance Criteria

We will identify the relevant competency criteria for successful performance in the role, identifying the key competencies and other attributes that define excellent performance.  The competencies will be defined using behavioural indicators and will be used by the assessing team to identify potential in the Centre delegates.

As with much of our work in identifying potential in candidates we will draw on our experience of measuring strategic thinking capability, click here to find out more.

Centre Design

We will design a Centre that simulates account management activity and will test the competencies required for this role.  The two day Centre will include a range of stretching activity with a combination of individual work and group work.

Development Report

We will write development reports for all of the Centre delegates, highlighting their leadership potential and pointing out some of the personal and leadership development they will need in order to achieve their true potential.
