We are delighted to add Roche Pharmaceuticals to our list of pharmaceutical clients, further enhancing our presence in this sector. This is an assessment centre project for recruiting high calibre graduates into the business. Roche are looking for top end talent from the graduate market to fill sales roles. This is a step above graduate recruitment. The new people will have a full sales role responsibility, with their own territory, and an expectation to secure ABPI acccreditation within a year.
We are designing an assessment centre that is structured according to our principles of capability assessment. This entails a stretch methodology in which a highly trained assessing team stretches candidates towards their limit of capability in a range of related skills and competencies. This allows us not only to determine their current capability but it also gives us the best evidence available of the candidates' future potential.
