ASTA9 at MMU

Manchester Metropolitan University haMMUs signed up to use the ASTA9 on its IML, Institute of Management and Leadership programme.  The programme provides leadership development for university managers, both academic and non-academic, and is the cornerstone of its internal learning and development provision.  We are delighted to have MMU as a client.

The ASTA9 will be provided to all IML delegates.  Delegates will use the ASTA9 to assess their current team profile, and will design a longer term team development programme to improve team performance.

Delegates are drawn from all areas of the University, including career advisor teams, student support teams, academic lecturing teams, teams from the security service, and various HR teams.

All delegates will be offered the chance to re-measure team effectiveness using the ASTA9 in six months time or so, thus providing an opportunity to evaluate the improvement interventions.
