Baxter Healthcare Biosciences has used the ASTA9 in a  remeasure of team effectiveness. Having used the ASTA back in 2008 and with a number of organisational and team changes the Biosciences division felt it was timely to do a new measure of team effectiveness. Profiles were taken early in 2011 of the regional sales teams and of the sales management team and since then a new programme of team development has been established for a number of the teams, in particular around the Strategy and Direction factor for some of the newly formed teams.
