William Grant has licenced the ASTA for use on its  International Leaders Programme (ILP). Delegates on this programme are all senior high potential leaders in the business. As part of the high performance team development module they will all assess the performance of their teams using the ASTA, attend a two day, off-site workshop to learn about high performance team development and leading high performing teams, and will deliver a team performance plan over the course of the next twelve months.
