 We are pleased to secure a significant contract to provide a stress risk assessment and resilience building programme at Northampton General Hospital. We will be providing a range of services to help managers to build the resilience of their staff, including resilience building workshops, provision of the Smithfield Resilience Assessment (click here to find out more about this tool), and resilience coaching to senior leaders within the trust.
