The ASTA, the new team working instrument, has been launched in May 2010 following an eighteen month development phase.
The Ashtead Smithfield Team Assessment (ASTA) has been developed in a joint venture between Smithfield Performance Ltd and Ashtead Performance Group.
Test data for the instrument was provided by a range of organisations including:
- sanofi aventis
- Boehringer-Ingelheim
- Salford Primary Care Trust
- Baxter Healthcare
- Dedicated Micros
- Somerset County Council
