 We are delighted to announce a further extention to our relationship with Molnlycke Healthcare with this new project to roll out the Smithfield Leadership programme.
The Smithfield Leadership Programme has been developed to help leaders and managers to develop personal skills and competencies. It includes:
- a competency based 360 feedback appraisal
- a series of highly interactive, innovative and challenging leadership workshops; including one on strategic thinking and risk-based decision making, one on strategic influencing & reputation management, and one on leadership resilience and dealing with change & change resistance
- a team-based strategic business project
Molnlycke will put all of its Woundcare Division and Surgical Division sales managers through the programme as part of its ongoing investments in high calibre leadership development.
