We are pleased to welcome Somerset County Council to our growing portfolio of trialists for the ASTA - Ashtead Smithfield Team Assessment.

The ASTA is a new team effectiveness inventory with a growing normative benchmarking capability.  It measures a range of high performance team factors and will highlight existing team performance blind spots.
