We are delighted to further extend our relationshi p with Molnlycke Healthcare with this new project to roll out its Talent Management Programme. Last year we designed and delivered a very successful assessment centre for recruiting territory sales reps for both the woundcare division and its surgical division. This new project is a large scale, company wide talent management programme, designed to provide a talent pool which will be used for succession planning purposes. The project will include the identification of competencies required of high performers across all job roles and across all levels of seniority within the business. We will use our experience to identify a broad range of competencies, as well as introducing our unique approach towards measuring strategic thinking (click here to read more). We will design and deliver a three day assessment centre which will run periodically throughout the coming years. We will also provide strategic links into a newly created Leadership Development Programme. The outcomes of the programme will be to form and maintain a Talent Pool.
