Roche talent management

We are delighted to announce a significant business win with another pharmaceutical firm.  Roche, the Swiss based pharma company, has contracted with us to deliver a research project for the design and delivery of exit interviews for regrettable leavers.  The outcomes of the research project will help Roche to adjust its talent retention and talent management strategy to ensure that it maintains the employee engagement and commitment of key talent within its business.
 
An external and independently conducted interview is the best way to determine the reasons why regrettable leavers exit a business.  Normal range HR exit interviews very often do not pinpoint the real reason why people will leave a company.  There is too much at stake for the leaver to be totally honest in the exit interview, not least the need for a positive reference.  We will provide an independent and externally referenced view of the reason for leaving.
