Our service will help you to grow your business. We deliver our service to you, not to your customers. You keep control over the customer interface. If for any reason you would like us to meet with your customer we would be happy to do so, and we will present ourselves under your Company name and branding.
What we can deliver for you?
- Tailoured Employee Attitude Surveys - You work with your customer to design your question set. You then provide us a copy and we programme it into our webserver and test it. When you are ready to deliver it to your customer just let us know and we press the button. The survey is received by your customer looking as if it came from you
- Standardised Employee Attitude Surveys - You and your customer may opt to take one of our question sets. This has the advantage of benchmarked comparisons with other organisations
- HSE Indicator Tool - You may wish to deliver a stress audit to your customer. We can deliver for you the HSE Indicator Tool.

- Ashtead Smithfield Team Assessment - This is a team based assessment designed to improve the performance of teams
- As well as Survey technology, we can also provide your customers with access to a branded Resource Centre, your Resource Centre. This can be used to file articles, provide multimedia content, or to post Customer feedback reports. This is a secure webspace that only your customers can access.
How does the Business Partner Service work?
If you are a consultancy that would like to take advantage of online surveys but you do not have your own technology, this is an ideal product for you.
- We will set up a Service Level Agreement with you that specifies the terms and conditions under which we will work together to ensure that your customer receives a first rate service
- We will agree license fees in advance
- You will become a Smithfield Business Partner and join our Business Partner community which includes regular updates on a variety of content and consulting opportunities
