contract renewal Boehringer Ingelheim

Boehringer Ingelheim, the German Pharmaceboehringer ingelheim logoutical, giant has renewed its contract with Smithfield Performance to deliver its Talent Management Programme for 2007.

The programme is part of the company career and succession planning process which assesses candidates suitability for 1st line manager roles and 2nd line manager roles.

Candidates gain entry into the Talent Management Programme by demonstrating exceptional performance in current role.  They must then pass through a career assessment gateway which assesses their motivation for career progression and establishes their career anchors.  Once through the gateway they access the assessment centre.

At the assessment centre we deliver a range of innovative assessment elements.  We specialise in the identification of potential by measuring candidate capability for dealing with complexity.  To find out more about this process, click here

We also assess across a range of competencies that we know predict performance in bigger jobs. These include cognitive competencies, interpersonal competencies and motivational competencies.  Our measurement methodologies use innovative selection techniques including verbal dialogue assessment.

Successful candidates enter the company talent pool.  Our assessment reports include a range of recommedations for accelerating personal and leadership development and they link into the company management development portfolio.

We are delighted to have this contract renewed and to receive further endorsement from an existing customer.  To find out more about Boehringer Ingelheim, click here
