with Lyons Seafoods, the Wiltshire based specialit seafood manufacturer.
One of the most senior positions in the business, the Operations Director, will be appointed with the aid of a selection assessment from Smithfield. The Operations Director will be responsible for 140 people in the manufacturing and logistics operations of the business.
Smithfield will use personality profiling to assess suitability and board level team fit of the right candidate. We are delighted to add another new customer to our expanding customer base.
