Smithfield Performance has joined forces with Ashtead Performance Group to develop a Team Effectiveness Assessment called the ASTA - Ashtead Smithfield Team Assessment.
The Team Effectiveness Assessment is designed to tap into the factors that lead to high performance. It will be used with teams to help unlock their potential and to create the conditions needed for exceptional performance.
It will be marketed as a tool for helping teams to overcome performance barriers, to help teams deliver achievement in the face of high pressure, and to enable teams to build capability above and beyond average performance.
