Smithfield has won the contract to deliver the annual employee survey at Boehringer Ingelheim - the  German Pharmaceutical firm.
Boehringer Ingelheim is an establish Smithfield customer. We already deliver its Talent Management programme as well as leadership coaching for some of its brightest talent.
We are delighted therefore to have won an expansion of business service with the contract to deliver the Employee Survey. The survey will be delivered online using the Smithfield webportal and will go to 950 staff across twelve divisions, including its Division in Ireland.

- online & written reporting across all twelve Divisions
