We are delighted to announce a significant new business win to design and deliver a sales force selection event for Molnlycke, the Manchester based health care company. Molnlycke is owned by venture capital firm Apax Partners and manufactures and markets a range of woundcare products and sugical equipment.
The project will focus on sales force recruitment with a remit to strengthen the calibre and performance of the sales force across the UK. The project will cover,
- identification of key competencies for sales people
- design of an assessment centre, maximising predictive validity
- assessor training
- delivery of on-going assessment centres
This is a significant business win for Smithfield which is building its reputation with Manchester based businesses as it continues to grow through its start up phase.
