Smithfield Performance has joined forces with Ashtead Performance Group to develop the Ashtead Smithfield Team Assessment the ASTA9.

The ASTA9 is designed to tap into the factors that lead to exceptional team performance at any level in the business, from executive teams downwards. It is used with teams to help unlock potential and to help create the conditions needed for exceptional performance.

The ASTA9 has 35 questions measuring the high performance factors
It is web-based - team members login to the ASTA9 via Smithfield Online, our secure web based assessment system
Once completed team members receive an online and pdf Personal ASTA Report
The team manager is assigned privileges to view the Team ASTA9 Report
Hyperlinks from the online report into the Smithfield Resource Centre which provides a range of team based e-learning material
