Qualitative measurement

There is nothing quite like finding out what people think of you as an employer, or of your products and services.  We use a variety of qualitative measurement techniques to gather data directly from people themselves.

What do they say about you, how do they describe you to others, what do they say about your products and your services?

Our qualitative methods include:

  • face to face employee interviews
  • telephone interviews (large numbers, geographically dispersed, overseas and international)
  • managed focus groups
  • data analysis including qualitative factor analysis and frequency distribution assessment
