Pressure can affect us in many ways.  For some it can be a motivating factor, for others it can have an adverse impact on performance.

Our aim is to change attitude and minset so as to positive enhance our reactions to pressure.

But in our experience positive pressure management comes only when we position ourselves in an environment that we are positive about, doing a job that we are positive about, and working with peope that we are positive about.

Resilient, talented and successful performance is possible only when a much broader set of success indicators are working in our favour.
